Data controller

Heli Solution — the operational partner where the system is used — is a separate entity and is not a controller of data submitted through this website.

What data we collect

Contact form: name, e-mail address and — optionally — organisation, fleet description and the message itself. Providing the data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we cannot reply.

Together with the enquiry we record its technical context: the campaign parameters from the address of the form page (for example “utm_source=linkedin”) and the address of the referring page, if it was outside this site. It serves one purpose — knowing which channel the enquiry arrived through. No cookies and no identifiers are stored for this, and the information is never linked across visits.

We send an automatic acknowledgement to the e-mail address you provide, together with a copy of your message. It is a transactional message — it carries no marketing content and does not subscribe you to any mailing list.

Visit statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, uses no tracking identifiers and builds no user profile. It records aggregated page views (page address, broad device type, country) that cannot be linked to an individual. That is why this site shows no cookie consent banner — we store no marketing or analytics cookies.

Server logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical request data, including the IP address, to keep the service secure and available.

Purpose and legal basis

Answering a form enquiry — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry is a step towards a contract.

Visit statistics and site security — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest: running and improving the site, protection against abuse).

How long we keep the data

Form correspondence is kept until the matter is closed and then for the limitation period of any claims — no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless tax or accounting law requires a longer period.

Aggregated visit statistics contain no personal data and are retained according to the analytics provider policy.

Recipients of the data

Data may be processed by the providers we use: Cloudflare (hosting and analytics) and the e-mail delivery provider behind the contact form. They process the data solely on our instructions, under data processing agreements.

We do not sell data, we do not pass it on for marketing purposes and we do not profile users.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) or with the authority in your country of residence.

Cookies

The site uses no marketing or analytics cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark theme choice, kept locally (localStorage) purely to remember your setting. It is never sent to the server and is not used to identify you.
