These terms cover the camobook.com information website. Use of the operational application at app.camobook.com is governed by a separate agreement with the operator.

General provisions
The service provider and owner of camobook.com is Doradztwo Paweł Mamcarz, ul. Jesionowa 18, 05-825 Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 7122188089, statistical number (REGON) 140264124, e-mail [email protected], phone +48 535 535 221. The same entity is the author and publisher of the CamoBook software.
The site is informational: it presents the CamoBook software and lets you contact its author. It does not sell services online and contains no price list.
The operations named on this site — Akrobacja.com (the service provider’s own flight operation) and Heli Solution (a separate company and operational partner) — are not a party to these terms and do not publish the software.
Scope of electronically supplied services
Access to information content — free of charge, without registration.
Contact form — free of charge, after providing the data needed to reply and consenting to its processing. Sending unlawful content is prohibited.
Knowledge base RSS feed — free of charge, without registration.
Technical requirements
All you need is a device with an internet connection and a current browser. The site works with JavaScript disabled — including the contact form. Scripts are used only to remember your theme choice and to measure how long the form takes to fill in (bot protection instead of a captcha).
Nature of the product information
Feature descriptions reflect the state of the software on the page update date and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
References to regulations (in particular Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014, Part-ML and Part-CAMO) are abridged and given in our own words, as a pointer to the provision. They are not legal advice. The binding text is the current consolidated regulation, and each operator demonstrates the compliance of its own record system to its competent aviation authority.
